Resources
You don’t have to face the FTD journey without help. AFTD has created and compiled resources that you can use for support, as well as to educate yourself and others about this disease.
Call 866-507-7222 or send an email to info@theaftd.org for answers to your FTD questions. Staffed by social workers, the Helpline can provide more information on subtypes of FTD, give guidance on managing a new diagnosis, and help connect you to resources and support.
AFTD developed checklists to help identify red flags for behavioral variant FTD (bvFTD), primary progressive aphasia (PPA), and FTD-ALS. You can indicate which symptoms you or your loved one is experiencing on the front side of the document. The back of the document is designed to help your physician better understand FTD diagnostic criteria.
