Pave the Path Forward to End FTD with a Year-End Gift
Since AFTD was founded in 2002 by Helen-Ann Comstock with her personal gift of $1,000, our work has been powered by the dedication of volunteers, donors, and all those we serve.
Together, we share one vision: a world with compassionate care, effective support, and a future free of FTD.
Every gift โ no matter the amount โ makes a lasting difference. Your support fuels programs like our Comstock Grants, HelpLine, and volunteer-led support groups, while advancing research that brings us closer to timely diagnosis and effective treatments.
As 2025 draws to a close, there are many ways you can make an impact and bring help and hope to families facing FTD today and in the years to come.

Tax Law Changes
Recent tax law changes may affect how charitable donations are deducted, as standard deductions will shift for the 2026 tax year. Every donorโs situation is unique, and some may want to consider adjusting 2025 year-end giving before the changes take effect.
We recommend consulting your financial or tax advisor to see how these changes apply to you. For general guidance, you can also visit the IRS website.
