Scott Campbell of Subaru of Muskegon, MI, designated AFTD as a Hometown Charity for the 2024 Subaru Share the Love Event. This means that from November 21 to January 2, AFTD will receive $75 for every new Subaru they sell or lease—and for every routine service visit, an additional $5 will be divided amongst all the designated Hometown Charities!

Scott and his wife Heidi decided together to nominate AFTD for this event because of their relationship with the Sidoris family, who, since 2006, have held a golf tournament to benefit our mission. Heading into their 20th annual event in 2025, the GFS Memorial Golf Outing is AFTD’s longest running volunteer-led fundraiser—a clear inspiration for Scott and Heidi to want to make a similar impact.
