The Congressional Black Caucus Foundation will host their 50th Annual Legislative Conference From September 12– 17.

The CBCF Annual Legislative Conference (ALC) is the leading policy conference on issues impacting African Americans and the global Black community. Thought leaders, legislators and concerned citizens engage on economic development, civil and social justice, public health and education issues.

As part of the conference programming, AFTD Board Member Rita Choula and community member Aisha Adkins will serve as panelists for an AARP-hosted session entitled “Real Talk: Conversations About Family Caregiving in the Black Community” on Sunday, September 12 at 3:00 pm ET.
