Midwest Regional Coordinator, Deb Scharper, will host the 3rd Annual Crusade for a Cure Golf Tournament on August 31, 2019 to benefit AFTD Research. The tournament will be held at Sunny Brae Golf Course (Osage, IA) and will feature a two-person best shot format on 18 holes, plus mulligan and fairway games.

Cost is $60 per team and includes: entry in Crusade for a Cure (green fees), a gift bag and a post-golf luncheon with raffles and awards. There will also be a social hour at the Club House from 3:00 to 6:00 pm open to the public (golfers and non)! For more information, please contact Deb at dscharper@theaftd.org
