Not all dementia is Alzheimer’s. For people under 60, the most common form is actually FTD. If you or someone you know experience unexplained changes in behavior, language or movement, it could be FTD.

About Danny Hedaya: Danny is the Managing Partner and President of Platinum Real Estate in New York. His father, Harold, was diagnosed with FTD when Danny was just 16 years old; he died in 2009. Since 2016, Danny has served on AFTD’s Board of Directors, where he works to promote FTD awareness and research.
