AFTD is a nonprofit Community Partner supporting the Alzheimer’s Association’s New England Family Conference, taking place February 3 and 4, 2023. It is a free, virtual conference for those living with Alzheimer’s or other dementias, and their families.

Friday’s event is intended for individuals living with dementia, while Saturday’s program is geared toward family caregivers.
