The 2018 AFTD Education Conference brings together those with living with FTD, their care partners, researchers, and healthcare professionals. Please join us in Chicago to learn about caring strategies for today, and to discover reasons to hope for a future without FTD.
Recent additions to the Conference:
- An added networking breakout session: Networking for Care Partners
- A pre-conference meet-up: Early arrivals can meet up and connect at the Marriott O’Hare on Thursday, April 12, starting at 4 p.m.
- Livestreaming via Facebook: We will be livestreaming portions of the conference beginning at 9:00 CST. The day’s plenary sessions, as well as an 11 a.m. and 2:15 p.m. breakout session, will be streamed. Tune into the AFTD Facebook page to watch live.
