Registration Information
Thank you for your interest in AFTD’s online forums. Each forum is offered for a particular purpose to foster our mission and community. They are offered as a comfortable place for focused discussion among peers and as a result are not open to the general public to either read or post.

AFTD Volunteer Network Forum is for designated leaders in the organization’s network of local, state and regional volunteers. (If you want to become a volunteer with AFTD, please fill out our Volunteer Form to help us get to know your interests.)

Partners in FTD Care Forum is for community health care professionals who want to learn more about how to serve people with frontotemporal degeneration and contribute to best practices in the field.

In order to protect the integrity of each forum, the registration is a two-part process. Select the particular forum you are interested in and eligible to join. After you submit your information, your registration will be verified by AFTD staff and you will be sent a confirmation email with your log-on credentials.
