Meet and Greet: Opportunity to Discuss Available Supports in the Georgetown and north-Austin areas
Saturday, September 19, 2015; 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Georgetown Public Library; 402 W. 8th Street; Georgetown, TX 78626
RSVP to Susan Eissler at 512-863-2652 or [email protected]

Please join Susan Eissler (AFTD’s volunteer South Central Regional Coordinator, pictured below) for an opportunity to meet and talk with others residing in the Georgetown and north-Austin areas whose lives have been affected by FTD. This gathering may be of particular interest to those with a loved one living with bvFTD, PPA, CBD, or PSP. We plan to discuss how to help and support each other and the possibility of forming a regularly-scheduled FTD caregivers support group. Professional caregivers and other healthcare providers are welcomed to attend, both to share information about the services they offer and to learn about the resources needed to care for family and loved ones with FTD.

AFTD Regional Coordinator

AFTD’s regional coordinator volunteers are the “local” ambassadors for AFTD and the principle coordinator of volunteer activities focusing on awareness, fundraising and all other aspects of the mission in his/her region. They represent AFTD throughout their region and support the volunteers. Questions not related to volunteering should be directed to AFTD’s HelpLine at 866-507-7222 or [email protected] and an AFTD staff member will be happy to assist you.
