The Washington Post has run a special eight-page insert on rare diseases in its Monday, March 25th edition of the paper. With the foreward written by a NORD executive, AFTD decided to take part in this special addendum to the newspaper with a short message on the back page. In conjunction with this ad, AFTD has also released the full documentary It Is What It Is on YouTube. The film features the journeys of four families affected by FTD.
